Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 24–48 hours of receiving your order.

Return & Exchange Charges

All returns and exchanges are subject to a ₹100 processing and shipping fee, which will be deducted from your refund or charged during the exchange process.

Eligibility for Return & Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • All original tags, packaging, and accessories must be intact

  • The item must not be damaged, washed, or altered

Important: Returns or exchanges are allowed only once per order.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products purchased as packs or bundles

    • Only size exchange is allowed for these items (₹100 charge applies)

  • Sale items

    • No returns or refunds on sale items

    • Clothing items purchased on sale can be exchanged only for a different size of the same product

    • Any price difference must be paid by the customer

    • A ₹100 exchange shipping charge applies

    • No refunds will be issued for sale items

Return Rejection Conditions

Your return request may be rejected if:

  • The product is not returned in original packaging

  • The product is used, worn, washed, or damaged

  • Tags or original packaging are missing

In such cases, no refund will be issued, and the item may be sent back to you.

Refund Process & Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds will be processed within 3–5 business days

  • For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited to the original payment method

Delivery Discrepancy

If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 24 hours via:

Requests made after 24 hours may not be accepted.

Self-Shipping Returns

If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you must self-ship the product to the following address:

Important Self-Shipping Instructions

  • Pack the item securely to avoid damage

  • Include your Order ID and registered mobile number

  • Ensure items are unused with original tags and packaging

Once received and inspected, we will process your refund along with a self-shipping reimbursement of up to ₹100.

We recommend using India Post Speed Post, as it provides the most reliable and widely available delivery network.

Please avoid using Professional Couriers, as they are not reliable for returns.
